Great location and cute stay! Positive: We really enjoyed our stay! The location was great and the price was very affordable for a couple of nights in Philly. The place was super cute and had everything we needed. It could have used a good deep clean, as it felt a little dirty in some areas, but overall it was a great place for a short stay. The coffee shop right next door was a huge bonus, and there were plenty of shops and things to do within walking distance. Overall, a convenient and affordable spot for exploring Philadelphia!

Great location, comfortable apartment (just know that there are stairs!) Positive: Very easy to find and get into. Felt secure with multiple doors with different codes. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. Not a lot of furniture, but plenty of room to unpack and spread out. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The location is superb! Very walkable to the old town. Negative: This may have been in the description and I didn't clock it, but there were two incredibly steep and tall flights of stairs to get to the apartment. We were traveling with three 50+lbs suitcases so this was a real challenge for us. I think that might just need to be really highlighted in the description.

Negative: property has hidden prices outside the bookings. they text outside the app to tell you a outrageous “deposit” amounting in $500 for a 1 night stay. 0/10 does not recommend.
