Perfect! Positive: Clean, bright, and perfectly located! Havana Loft made my trip to Philadelphia so much better. Easy access to everything, especially the historic areas.

Positive: The property was pet friendly, conveniently located, and had a fully functional kitchen. There was also a laundry room in our unit. Negative: The property was exactly what we needed.

Recommended Positive: My go-to unit whenever I'm in Philly for a quick getaway with my partner! The price is affordable, but the quality of the unit always exceeds my expectations. It's clean, comfortable, and conveniently located perfect for a short vacation. We always feel right at home here and look forward to coming back every time.

Excellent Old City location. Pet friendly w/dog park near. Great renter! 3 story walkup, no elevator Positive: Location was excellent in Old City. Pet friendly with nearby dog park for potty/poop stops - trash and bag receptacle available. Close to parking, grocery, dog friendly restaurants. Quiet and comfortable overall. Loved washer/dryer. Safe. Renter very responsive when we called about smoke alarm beeping. Good value in comparison to other apartments we've rented in the past. Sofa bed good option for adult daughter. Gave 9 rating overall as this was a great option for us. Negative: Not show stoppers but renters should be aware. Water pressure low and entry stairs to 3rd floor steep, no elevator. Loft stairs a challenge if older people or those who require more care going up/down stairs, this is not a good option. Parking on street challenging due to tow away zone and confusing signage if you're not familiar so $35/nightly parking.

Would stay again soon! Positive: Location was perfect—quiet enough to relax, but just minutes from great restaurants and attractions. Communication with the host was seamless and friendly. This place truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!
